Influencer invoice generator
A clean invoice for brand work in a minute — save it as a PDF, copy it as text, and get the reminder emails ready for when a payment is late.
Add the brand’s name and at least one amount to see your invoice.
How it works
Fill in who it is from and to, what you delivered and how to pay you. The due date follows the payment terms (Net-30 by default, as in the IU Fair Deal). “Save as PDF” opens your browser’s print window with only the invoice on the page.
Your draft is kept in this browser so you can come back to it. IU does not receive or store your invoice. Need to work out what to charge first? Use the usage rights & add-ons calculator.

Questions
What should a sponsorship invoice include?
Your name and contact details, the brand’s legal name and billing address, an invoice number, the invoice date and due date, each deliverable with its amount (the video, any usage licence, extra edits), the total, how to pay you, and a reference to the agreement or purchase order.
What does Net-30 mean?
The brand pays within 30 days of the invoice. It is the IU Fair Deal standard (Article I). Agree the terms before you start, and put them on every invoice.
Can I charge a late fee?
Yes, if it was agreed or is stated on the invoice. Many creators state a monthly percentage after the due date. The tool only adds a late fee if you enter one.
How do I invoice a brand in another country?
Invoice in the currency you agreed, include the brand’s full legal name and address, and ask whether they need your tax form. Fees from cross-border transfers are worth agreeing up front.
What should I send when an invoice is late?
A friendly reminder a week after the due date, a firmer one at two weeks, and a final notice at 30 days. The reminders tab writes all three from your invoice.
