If a brand breaks the agreement, the union steps in.

Unpaid invoices, content used beyond the agreed terms, last-minute cancellations. You report it with your agreement; IU contacts the brand formally in the union’s name.

  1. 1. You report it — agreement, deliverables, invoice
  2. 2. IU writes to the brand — formal notice, 14-day deadline, copied to you
  3. 3. We follow up — a second notice if there’s no answer
  4. 4. It goes on the record — the outcome is added to the brand’s record for every member
