The Fire Grind

@thefiregrind

Hey! Welcome to my channel where I share my wealthsimple portfolio in each video and talk about different personal finance concepts. A little bit about me... I started investing when I was around 14 under the guidance of my parents doing mutual funds but over the years, I saw how TERRIBLE these investment vehicles were. Once I became legally old enough to manage my own investments, I sold out of my mutual funds and started looking into stocks. It was a scary journey at first because of all the negative views people around me had on the stock market like... "Its just a gambling game!" "You will lose a lot of money!" "I had a family member who went bankrupt!" But through some more research, it was clear that people who lost money are the ones who made dumb moves like putting all their money into one company, investing in penny stocks, or panic selling whenever there was a market downturn. I hope you can join me on my investing journey as I continue to learn along side you! -Daniel
