Patrick Desjardins
@patrickdesjardins
I've always had a passion for investing and making money in creative ways. When I was in college I used a large chunk of my scholarship money to invest in biotech stocks and options and I doubled my money, a gain of approximately $16,000 at the time. It was great BUT it was somewhat risky and I hated the lack of control - you're not the CEO of the company, who gets paid millions regardless if the stock goes up or down! So I started looking into other investments. Once I moved to the US from Canada, I couldn't work until I had a green card so I had a whole lot of time on my hands. I read a lot about real estate investing so I decided to jump in and do it. These days I'm investing in a lot of different things such as real estate, stocks, mortgage notes and collectibles.

Patrick Desjardins's estimated sponsorship rates
The estimated rate for an integrated video on Patrick Desjardins' YouTube channel ranges from $223 to $371, with a typical rate around $272. This pricing is influenced by several factors, including the channel's subscriber count of 31,300, which places it in the nano-influencer tier. The finance niche generally commands a higher CPM band, estimated between $45 and $75, with an anchor at $55, reflecting the value advertisers place on reaching an audience interested in financial products and services. While the channel has a substantial total view count of over 1.6 million, the current rate estimate uses a view basis of 4,945, derived from a subscriber fallback model due to the unavailability of recent average view data. This low confidence in the view basis suggests that actual performance metrics, once available, could refine the rate estimate. The rate also considers the YouTube platform's specific multipliers and the integrated video format, which typically involves a more organic and embedded brand mention within the content.

How our pricing estimate works for Patrick Desjardins
The estimated rates for Patrick Desjardins' sponsored content are generated through an algorithmic model that considers multiple data points. This includes the channel's subscriber count, the specific niche CPM (Cost Per Mille) band for finance content, and platform-specific multipliers for YouTube.
