About

Thank you for visiting my cooking channel. My name is Michael. I live in Indiana. I really do love to cook. I remember buying a hand held mixer when I was 19. It had a little cookbook in the box, that is how I learned how to make mashed potatoes, my cooking started with that. I am here to give you ideas of what to cook, hopefully some good and different ideas. You may NOT like everything that I cook, but I am sure you will like some of the video recipes. Thank you for watching, it helps support me! ~Michael

About Michael's Home Cooking

Michael’s Home Cooking is a YouTube channel operated by Michael, a creator based in Indiana. The channel focuses on home-style culinary content, emphasizing accessible recipes and practical kitchen techniques. Michael’s approach to content creation is rooted in personal history; he cites the purchase of a handheld mixer at age 19 as the catalyst for his interest in cooking, specifically noting that the included recipe booklet served as his foundational guide for preparing dishes such as mashed potatoes. With a total of 693 videos published to date, the channel serves as a repository for a wide variety of meal ideas intended to provide viewers with diverse culinary inspiration. The content is presented in English and categorized under the food and drink sector. Michael maintains a transparent relationship with his audience, acknowledging that while not every recipe may appeal to every viewer, the channel is designed to offer a broad enough selection that individual preferences will be met. The channel currently maintains a subscriber base of 82,600, with a cumulative view count of 27,115,690. The creator emphasizes that viewership and engagement are essential to the channel's sustainability, positioning his work as a community-supported endeavor. By focusing on home-cooked meals rather than professional-grade culinary techniques, the channel maintains a consistent aesthetic that aligns with the broader 'home cooking' sub-genre on YouTube, prioritizing utility and personal experience over high-production culinary instruction.

Michael's Home Cooking's estimated sponsorship rates

The estimated market rate for a video integration on Michael’s Home Cooking ranges from $185 to $298, with a typical valuation of $227 per placement. These figures are derived from an algorithmic assessment of the channel’s current subscriber count of 82,600 and its positioning within the food and drink niche. The pricing reflects a niche CPM band of $13 to $21, with an anchor point of $16. Several factors influence these rates relative to other creators in the food and drink category. Primarily, the channel’s 'micro' audience tier classification impacts the baseline valuation, as smaller, highly focused channels often command different CPMs compared to mass-market culinary influencers. Because the channel has a high volume of legacy content—693 videos—the potential for long-tail viewership on integrated content provides a stabilizing effect on these estimates. However, because current 30-day average view data is not available, the pricing model relies on a subscriber-fallback basis with low confidence. Advertisers should note that the channel’s content style—which emphasizes personal, home-based cooking—tends to attract brands looking for authentic, non-commercialized product placement. As the channel does not employ aggressive monetization tactics, the perceived value of an integration is often higher for brands seeking to reach a loyal, long-term audience rather than a transient, high-volume demographic. For a detailed breakdown of how these specific dollar ranges are calculated based on platform-specific multipliers and niche-specific CPMs, please refer to our /methodology page.

Who should partner with Michael's Home Cooking?

The audience for Michael’s Home Cooking is primarily composed of viewers interested in domestic culinary education and home-style meal preparation. Given the channel’s focus on accessible, everyday recipes, the demographic likely skews toward individuals seeking practical, budget-conscious, and repeatable meal ideas. The channel’s content is not specialized toward high-end gastronomy or professional culinary arts, which suggests an audience that values utility and personal connection over technical complexity. When compared to peer creators in the food and drink niche, such as Neha’s Home Cooking (75,800 subscribers) or the international audience of PECINTA MAKANAN (83,900 subscribers), Michael’s Home Cooking occupies a similar space in the micro-influencer ecosystem. The audience is likely receptive to brands within the kitchenware, grocery, and home appliance sectors, as these categories align directly with the channel’s core subject matter. While we do not have granular geographic or psychographic data for the subscriber base, the channel’s English-language focus suggests a primary reach within the United States and other English-speaking regions. The audience's engagement is driven by the creator’s long-standing consistency, as evidenced by the high number of videos published. This creates a predictable environment for brand partners who prioritize brand safety and a stable, non-controversial content environment. Unlike channels focused on mukbang or specialized international cuisine—such as the content produced by 라라먹방 Rara mukbang—Michael’s Home Cooking maintains a traditional, instructional focus that appeals to a demographic interested in home-based lifestyle content.

Michael's Home Cooking's growth and performance

The growth data for Michael’s Home Cooking is based on a snapshot taken on October 4, 2026. As of this date, the channel reached a total of 82,600 subscribers. Because our tracking for this specific channel began on the same date, the current data set represents a single point in time. Consequently, we do not yet have a longitudinal view-count history or a multi-day growth trajectory to determine the channel’s velocity. The delta for the tracked period is +0 subscribers, reflecting a static snapshot rather than a period of active growth monitoring. While the channel has accumulated a significant library of 693 videos, which suggests a long-term commitment to content production, the absence of historical growth data prevents an analysis of recent subscriber acquisition trends. Future updates will provide a more comprehensive look at the channel’s trajectory as additional snapshots are integrated into the database, allowing for a clearer understanding of how the channel’s audience expands over time.

How our pricing estimate works for Michael's Home Cooking

The pricing estimates provided for Michael’s Home Cooking are generated using a standardized algorithmic model designed to assess the market value of creator content. This model calculates the potential cost per integration by multiplying the channel’s subscriber count by a niche-specific CPM (Cost Per Mille) band, which is further adjusted by platform-specific and format-specific multipliers. For this channel, the calculation utilizes a niche CPM band of $13 to $21, with an anchor point of $16, reflecting the current market value for the food and drink category. In instances where recent 30-day view data is unavailable, the algorithm employs a subscriber-fallback method to estimate potential reach, which carries a lower confidence rating than calculations based on verified recent viewership. These figures are intended to serve as a data-driven baseline for advertisers and agencies, rather than a fixed rate card. For a comprehensive explanation of the variables, multipliers, and data-weighting processes used in these calculations, please refer to our /methodology page.
