About
Hey, y'all! We are a husband and wife from Nashville, Tennessee. We started our YouTube channel on a whim when we decided to take a year off & go travel back in 2016. 1 year quickly turned into 4, & at the very end of 2019 we stepped foot in our 100th country. If you want a quick summary of that journey you can watch the documentary here - https://bit.ly/41TbOKJ Shortly after achieving our 100 country goal, the pandemic hit. With travel no longer an option, we bought converted a van & spent 2 years traveling around the U.S. At the beginning of 2022, we moved out of the van & back into our suitcases full-time. We're not exactly sure what our next "goal" is going to be, but we're currently having fun bouncing around the globe chasing our passions & interesting stories. Please subscribe to our channel if you enjoy our videos :) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/karaandnate/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/karaandnate/ Founders of https://www.dailydrop.com/
About Kara and Nate
Kara and Nate, a Nashville-based husband and wife creator duo, operate a long-form travel channel on YouTube. Since launching their channel in 2016, the pair has documented extensive global travel, reaching a milestone of 100 countries by the end of 2019. Their content library, totaling 1,058 videos, reflects a transition from international tourism to domestic van-life exploration during the 2020-2021 period, before returning to a broader focus on international travel and experiential content. With 4,540,000 subscribers and a cumulative view count of 1,057,536,603, the channel remains a significant entity in the travel-vlog vertical. The creators maintain a consistent narrative style, focusing on high-production-value travel documentaries and lifestyle documentation. Their history includes a dedicated documentary summarizing their initial four-year journey across 100 countries, which serves as a cornerstone for their channel's brand identity. As of late 2026, the channel continues to produce content centered on global exploration, leveraging their established audience to maintain high engagement levels. While their early content was defined by a specific year-long travel goal, the current iteration of their channel focuses on long-form storytelling and diverse geographic experiences. The channel is currently headquartered in the United States, utilizing their Nashville base as a point of origin for their ongoing production schedule.
Kara and Nate's estimated sponsorship rates
The estimated market value for a single sponsored video integration on the Kara and Nate YouTube channel ranges from $17,391 to $28,985, with a typical valuation of $21,739. These figures are derived from an average view count of 1,449,246 per video, which provides a high-confidence baseline for advertisers. The pricing structure is heavily influenced by the channel’s 'mega' audience tier classification, which denotes a subscriber base exceeding 4,000,000. Because the travel niche typically commands a CPM band between $12 and $20, the cost-per-thousand-views is anchored at $15 for these estimates. Several factors contribute to this rate profile. First, the channel’s extensive history of over 1,000 videos suggests a high level of creator reliability and production consistency, which reduces risk for brand partners. Second, the long-form nature of their travel content allows for deeper brand integration compared to short-form alternatives, justifying the premium price point. Finally, the global reach of their content—which attracts viewers interested in international logistics, travel gear, and tourism services—creates a specific demand for their inventory. While these estimates provide a baseline for negotiations, actual campaign costs may fluctuate based on specific deliverables, exclusivity requirements, and the duration of the brand integration. Who should partner with Kara and Nate?
The audience for Kara and Nate is primarily composed of individuals interested in travel, lifestyle, and experiential content. As a mega-tier channel, their demographic reach is broad, yet it remains highly concentrated within the travel-vlog vertical. Advertisers looking to engage this audience typically target categories such as travel insurance providers, international luggage and gear manufacturers, booking platforms, and global connectivity solutions. Given the channel's history of van-life content, there is also historical overlap with automotive, camping, and outdoor equipment brands. The channel’s audience profile is comparable to other prominent figures in the travel space, such as Bald and Bankrupt, who also maintains a subscriber count of 4,540,000, and Dominguero, who holds 4,020,000 subscribers. Other peers in this niche include Araya Vlogs, I Roam Alone, and Indian Backpacker. These creators collectively define the high-end travel-vlog landscape on YouTube. Because Kara and Nate’s content often involves complex travel logistics, their viewers are frequently in the market for high-ticket travel services and financial products related to international mobility. The consistency of their viewership, supported by over one billion total views, suggests a loyal base that returns for episodic content, making the channel suitable for long-term brand partnerships rather than one-off placements. Advertisers should note that the audience is accustomed to high-production-value narratives, which necessitates a seamless integration of sponsored content to maintain viewer retention.
Kara and Nate's growth and performance
The growth trajectory for Kara and Nate is characterized by steady, incremental gains in their subscriber base. Based on data tracked between July 26, 2026, and October 3, 2026, the channel grew from 4,500,000 subscribers to 4,540,000. This represents a net increase of 40,000 subscribers over a 69-day period. This growth rate indicates a stable, mature channel that continues to attract new viewers despite its already significant size. While we do not yet have a comprehensive multi-year view-count history or a 30-day average view-count metric available for this specific snapshot, the subscriber delta confirms that the channel remains active and relevant within the travel category. The consistent acquisition of new subscribers suggests that their content continues to be discovered by new audiences, likely through YouTube’s recommendation algorithms and the evergreen nature of their travel documentaries. Future tracking will provide further clarity on the velocity of this growth as the channel continues to publish new content.
How our pricing estimate works for Kara and Nate
The valuation and audience metrics presented for Kara and Nate are calculated using an algorithmic model designed to provide a standardized view of creator value. Our approach utilizes the channel’s subscriber count of 4,540,000, a niche-specific CPM band of $12–$20, and an average view count of 1,449,246 to determine the typical sponsorship rate. The 'mega' tier classification is assigned based on the total subscriber volume, which serves as a multiplier for the final estimate. This model accounts for platform-specific variables, including the format of the content—in this case, long-form YouTube video integrations—and the inherent value of the travel niche. We prioritize high-confidence data points to ensure that the estimates reflect current market conditions.
