The 12-Point
Due Diligence

A structured per-creator dossier across 12 dimensions in 4 layers. Live items are scored from the index today. In-development items are scaffolded with explicit not_assessed placeholders until the data is captured — because objectivity, not coverage theater, is the moat.

An illegal act → 5 Regulatory Compliance. The content itself → 6 Brand Safety. The historical reputational consequence → 7 Reputation History. Same event may inform multiple dimensions, but each records only its own angle. (Example — a 2022 §17(b) violation: #5 records the violation + status; #6 records nothing unless the content itself remained problematic; #7 records the post-event reputational trajectory.)

Closed-loop guarantee

The 12 dimensions cover every pre-signing question a buyer asks, with no gaps and no overlaps:

  • Is he worth it / real? → Value Layer (#1–#4)
  • Is he clean / won't cause trouble? → Safety Layer (#5–#7)
  • Is he right for me? → Fit Layer (#8–#10)
  • Can it actually happen? → Record & Readiness Layer (#11–#12)

New buyer questions either fit an existing dimension's scope or trigger a documented taxonomy change — never bolted on as a vague extra column or rolled into the wrong dimension. The boundaries exist precisely so the report stays a checklist, not a blob.

Why we show in-development dimensions

IU is the rating-agency layer for financial-creator deals. We could call it done sooner by hiding the unbuilt dimensions and pretending the live ones are the whole product — but coverage theater destroys objectivity.

The 12 are the full taxonomy. We're transparent about what's scored today and what isn't. Live dimensions feed today's reports; live-partial dimensions clearly state what is and isn't covered within them; in-development dimensions will activate as data is captured.

Top of the build roadmap: #5 Regulatory Compliance. SEC §17(b) disclosure history is the highest-moat, highest-value dimension still unbuilt; it's next.
